The book is a journey itself, progressing through 70 questions and answers about the practice. I found this style unique, comprehensive and very accessible. I appreciated the way he defined terms such as vipassana, catharsis, original face and Qigong. I like Sifu Patterson’s reminder on page 80, “Remember too, that meditation doesn’t ask you to believe but to experience. Your truth, your original face is yours and can belong to no one else.
